COVID-19 Risk Assessments Yesterday we shared our new guidance document looking at what community transport providers need to consider when restarting services that you've previously been unable to run. If you haven't seen it yet, you can download the document on our main guidance page.
A vital part of restarting any community transport service is a thorough and detailed COVID-19 specific risk assessment and, although risk assessments should always target the specific circumstances of each operation, there are a number of issues that will commonly affect most operators which need to be considered and accounted for.
To support you in managing the risks posed by coronavirus, we've worked with our members to develop some additional resources on putting together a COVID-19 specific risk assessment for your organisation. The resources include several risk-assessment templates, a how-to guide on risk assessments, and other resources shared by CTA members and other groups.
CTA members can log-in and download these new resources from the CTA members' area here.
For non-CTA members we have also made our 'how-to' guide and our COVID-19 risk assessment template available on our main guidance page.
As part of our work to support CTA members as we start to gradually emerge from lock-down and reconnect our communities, we'll be releasing further resources and guidance in the near future. In the meantime, if you need any help or support, or you have any ideas about guidance and resources you'd like to see, please don't hesitate to contact our advice service via firstname.lastname@example.org.
